Toffee.
When a monster effect is activated: Discard 1 card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that monster. This actually seems pretty amusing against Incarnates.I mean, if they use the Discard effect, You use This: You just -1 while the Opponent -2s, so... Somehow... That's a +1 for you?Plus, since they already activated the effect of one of those Incarnates, it renders all other copies of said monster useless for that turn.Or something like that.Discuss. Sora1499
IT DISCARDS USE IT IN FABLED. But on a serious note, the only thing that stops this card from being amazing is the -1.
Toffee.
is the -1.Even though you -1, you could still stop a game-winner move in advance.

Agro
Well as long as you're hitting the discard effect. Cause negating the summoning one sure as hell isn't helping.
