Judαs
Practically forgotten. 90% cases Stardust or Scrap Dragon is a better choice, not surprised
Canadian
I like it. It has 200 more ATK then the most common monsters and is DARK for DDV / EEV. That effect isn't really useful though.

Sora1499
The art kicks ass, and is my favorite card art after Brio. As for RDA himself... He's not really bad, but he's not really good either, so people summon scrap/stardust over him so they get more bang for their buck.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
considering what other level 8 choices you have, even outside scrap and stardust, like crimson blader or hell, even colossal fighter if youre doing lots of level 8 synchros, this isnt good. and virus target is almost irrelevant. youre giving up so much for it. its not feasible. colossal fighter is also a virus target and self-revives if killed in battle AND can get over RDA with even 3 warriors (pollux, castor, whoever) and that isnt run because its also bad. evilfusion
I always liked it more than Stardust, but accepted that Stardust is better. Red Dragon's effect is mediocre, but the fact it kills your monsters if they don't attack is what truly hurts it. Similarly, I like Red Dragon's evolutions more than Stardust's (except Assault Mode, because RDA/Assault Mode is awful and Stardust/Assault Mode is beyond epic. TheKaitoKid
Oh man if Vase was a Trap and Carpet was a Spell, they'd actually be really good. RDA is okay, I'd rather go for Stardust/Scrap/Colossal and hell even Thought Ruler before ever making him. He's just not that great for what it takes to get him out. evilfusion
It is amusing how Red Dragon Archfiend has a bunch of solid support cards that sadly don't do it much good. Although I think Vase is fantastic if the wording means what I think it does: That you can SS monsters before using it, since it says "another monster". And it's not limited to one copy per turn. Scarlet Security is beautiful, too. Sadly, you'd have to dedicate your entire Deck to using and supporting Red Dragon to make use of any of those cards and they're dead if you can't bring out Red Dragon. Apparently, the OCG rules you can't use it if you Summoned ANY monster that turn. That would include Red Dragon itself.

evilfusion
really? bizarre.... The OCG wording probably makes more sense than the TCG wording does. Note that Problem-Solving card text was designed for the packs following EXVC.
