It's such a shame because really, outside of this and maybe Miracle Fusion(I'd argue that poor design, but really, how else are you summoning HERO Fusions in today's game?), HEROs as a whole are balanced.

Tbh, I wouldn't mind them banning this if they replaced it with the exact same effect, only that it would work with normal summons only.

Stratos' stats aren't the best thing about it. In fact, HEROs in general have mediocre stats. The issue most likely is the fact it can search ANY HERO, of any of the archetypes, of any Level, for no cost except Normal Summoning or Special Summoning it. It can even search itself, hence the limit simply to prevent abuse.

Honestly if this had been banned in Airblade format nobody would have complained. I've seen many fake lists over the years with this banned and I still think it should be.
