Oh wow, you went to town on this one.

URA: A neat effect, it does force you to run more than one effectless Ritual Monster, so it's like Rescue Rabbit. The last effect makes it worth it though.

Chaos Blade: I've already picked up the trend here - turn BLS into BLS-EotB. Nice enough effect, nothing really wrong with it except being a dead draw at times.

Chaos Scepter: Turns MoBC into DMoC, kinda. More of a wonder wand effect going on here, but that's fine.

Djinn Claw: Thank god Dark World isn't popular, you'd bome yourself. It's a good card since Zera is bad enough by itself.

Mask of Chaos: The Masked Beast is already the strongest in the game, and you're making a Snatch Steal for it? I think this would be safer as a Mask of Remnants-type effect, especially since they can't chain to stop it (then again, they can just MST so I guess it's alright),

Gishki Pincer: It's a Gishki card for reasons. I suppose it was harder to come up with an effect for this thing, so it's okay.

Swift Blades of Garma: Give it Waboku and extra attacks? Erm, okay I guess, he won't do much in this format of E-Dragons.

Whale Artillery: Can set up Moulinglacia, but doesn't trigger Atlanteans so it's okay

Chakra Eye: A Weaker Gustkraken effect, it works for what it is.

Eco-Friendly Soul Power Engine: This name makes me laugh hard. The effect is kinda strong, it should only summon 1 monster or we get zombie spam.

Vanity Reflection: Wow, RaiDa effect. Not bad.

Ancient Javelin:

Turn Javelin Beetle into Gem-Knight Ruby? Sold.

War-Lion Rage:

Interesting effect, haven't seen it since Ultimate Tyranno. I like it.

Rites of the Law:

I wasn't aware the law involved sacred Rituals, but it does work as a nice pun. The effect turns it into something somewhere between Krystia and Herald of Perfection, which makes sense as both monsters are Rituals.

Dangerous Dancing:

Yay for Karakuri and Morphtronic-like effects. As PoS is also weak for its level, it's fine.

Burger Guts:

Weird name, love the effect.

Unnaturalistic Avarice:

I think reshuffling 2 cards for 2 draws is a bit of a stretch normally, but since they're so specific I'll let it slide.

Overall... I like the concept of supporting these monsters. It's like a Rescue Rabbit Deck in that you have to run otherwise useless monsters, matching their levels. Here, since the equip spells are name-specific, you can only get away with running 2 names, maybe 3 if you're lucky, in one deck or you get dead draws. The final product is... okay. I'd take it to locals for fun, but don't expect it to top YCS. 7/10.
