He has a few good targets going for him such as Hushed Psychic Cleric, Raizebelt the Regulator, and Psychic Commander, and he interacts EXTREMELY well with the first. The only real problem with him is the level 6 label, which can be overlooked with stuff like E-Tele and Ultimate Offering. He has quite a bit of potential, and it would be hilarious if he randomly became broken due to a tier 1 archetype full of level 3 psychics. Discuss. Jeff Jones got 2nd at a YCS with Psychics last year, so even before new stuff they're a viable Deck, but his build didn't use this and its focus was on dropping Grandsoils so idk. The problem with that is that people weren't expecting it so it took them by surprise. Also, Elemental Dragons just kinda kill most decks simply by summoning a bunch of monsters.
