You're getting a BIG SCARY vocabulary lesson TODAY! (A mockery topic)

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your Graveyard) by Tributing 2 Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monsters on your side of the field. When this card is removed from the field: Banish it. During the turn that this card is Summoned: Halve the amount of battle damage either player takes. Neither player can activate monster effects from the hand or Graveyard. You can only control 1 "Neo-Nineveh, Suzerain of the Macrocosm."[/spoiler]

Suzerain is another word for overlord, and the macrocosm is the universe. "Master of the Universe" sounds a lot less nooby when you go to Google to find words that nobody uses. "Neo" and "Nineveh" have a reason behind them as well, but if I explain those, this would also become a history lesson. I don't really know why I made it semi-nomi, but if it was nomi, I wouldn't know why I made it a nomi. As it's a "kEWl dRaGiN!!111!11!11!!!111!!1!11" the picture is probably one of the most overused pieces of crap you have seen. As it is, this card keeps shifting from a BIG SCARY scam when it comes to damage output to something that I should really nerf. And if you pay close enough attention, you can tell that I need to study E-Drags more as I simply decided to stop effects from activating to shut them down. This shouldn't come into conflict with its other effects as they don't activate (if it does, I'll have to go change it). I am aware that it's pretty dead in the hand until you get the WIND E-Dragon of whatshisface, but I thought it would be fore the sake of balance on my ghetto balancing scale.

Monsters with BIG SCARY ATK like this are usually too easy to make to be good for the game, as shown by RC (see; what I saw), or too hard to make to be good for you, as shown by Konami (see; Rocket Arrow). I tried to make this neither too easy nor hard, but I'm having serious trepidations about that. Then again, I have trepidations about every single topic I make. While this card is a mockery of a highly unrealistic OTK card that I saw today, this is supposed to be realistic and not very OTK-y while being ok at what it does, and hopefully I have accomplished that with requirements and drawbacks. It's more as if I was inspired by bad card design to make this. The only way you're going to make this is if you use E-Drags, spare a REDMD, or have enough Hieratics to make this, then Atum or something. I accidentally closed, then reloaded this tab, so I feel as if I'm missing something in this paragraph.

Now that my monologue is complete, it is now your turn, RC idiots and non-idiots alike, to confirm if my self-doubts are correct and that this is in need of serious fixing, or if I'm being too critical and that this is not worth the effort you need to bring it out. The trepidations are pretty killer, and not in a good way.

No. Just no. Not only does it have wayyyyy too much ATK and DEF, most card removal and play/actions in general takes the form of monsters, so your opponent has no way of removing this card except with fucking Spellbooks. Chances of drawing Dark Hole or Torrential Tribute is very low and you may well have a Dark Bribe to counter it. It's just ridiculous and bad design.

No way to fix it except utterly, completely change it. You may as well made it into Horakhty or "If your opponent is not playing Spellbook/Prophecy or Alt Win or Burn: Roll a die; if you roll anything except a 6, you win the Duel."

So, this thing is now specifically made for Mirror Matches between Elemental Dragons. The ATK decrease doesn't change the fact that you can't run it over, but I suppose Archetypes other than Elemental Dragons can now kill it.

Well Caius can still blank him, you'd still have the frog/treeborn engine. The problem is he's far too easy to summon. You could use Hieractics to get this out with fair ease. How bout 2 or more Level 8+ or something. The way you have it at current makes it kind of docile, I mean, you can set a Vortex and remove this too. It's not exceptionally balanced, but it's still not Envoy of the End(which this card could actually stop from hitting the field).
