Resident Fascist
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus". You can send "Umi" you control to the Graveyard to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard, except this card. I wish Slushy Daedalus could be good. I miss when Daedalus was a good card :(
Toffee.
Considering Dragoons is a card, it's nice that this has a RotA.
Stan Alda
You knew I would comment. It' an Umi/Legendary Ocean must-have. An extra 200 ATK/DEF can't hurt, and Levia Daedalus only needs 1 Tribute with LO. Maiden of the Aqua gives a little extra nuke ammo too. It's just so fricking slow compared to "hurr durr Xyz spam durr" that it's no longer viable. Shark Swarm could speed it up, but Megalodon, Nightmare, and Drake are all better bosses. And poor Slushy can only recycle Levia Daedalus... Considering Dragoons is a card, it's nice that this has a RotA. That is true, I forgot to take that into account. I tried a combined LO/Atlantean build, but evidently I'm not supposed to do that.
evilfusion
I remember how the card was misprinted and wasn't a Nomi/Semi-Nomi when first released. Even I realized it was broken that way, and I was terrible at the game.
Aerion Brightflame
I loved the misprint of this so very much. It was the only deck I used for years. Then I found out it was a misprint and was sad.

Yeah, it was an early lesson on good card design. I looked at Levia, and then this, and I thought..."these cards have almost identical effects, but this one's way better...shouldn't there be a catch?"
