Trap Dustshoot

There are other cards that do the same thing, but none of them are as generic or free as this. It's chainable to an attempt to destroy it, it shows you their hand, it lets you put anything back in the deck... yeah, it can stay banned a while.
I'd like it back at 1. It would actually do the format well now, a nice tech option that can be used to get rid of hand traps and other nasty things. Most decks probably wouldn't even run it, but it would be a cool option to have nonetheless.
Welp folks I think Trooper's really done it this time. But seriously, stay dead forever. Both trooper and this card.

Are you kidding me? This can easily screw your opponent over and guarantee you game.

A 1-for-1 that's only really good first turn is going to screw you over and guarantee game? It's dead later on and it can only select monsters unlike the other hand control cards. If you go back through history, the card wasn't even played until reasonably recently when the game naturally went downhill. In Goat Control it was at 3 yet nobody played it or cared about it. It deserves a limit, and there was a period of time where this card was very effective, but I don't think a ban is particularly justified anymore. Game has changed again to the point where this card wouldn't be very influential in winning games, the way it was a long time ago.
