Northern Sage
Look at your opponent's hand, and if it has a "Barian's" card, destroy all cards in their hand and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Moar Weevil-esque insanity. Discuss.
evilfusion
What. There's only what, 2 cards that actually have Varian in their name, and they're the Rank-Up Magics, although Vector-possessed Dr. Faker had 2 more Varian cards. Vector clearly uses this, but I can't figure out why. I guess I'd have to see the episode.

OT: Unless you're playing against somebody you know has varian cards, it's at beast a peak at their hand. I suppose if you really wanted you can use Exchange... Toffee.
I didn't know Drew played Yugioh. Also, the card is 100% plot device >__>
Kingdom Xathers
yfw your opponent also has Fire Kings in their hand (hypothetically speaking, of course) OT: Honestly, I'd rather use Royal Tribute. At least that has a greater chance at getting something done. oh, and obligatory plot-device comment
evilfusion
It's not even a good plot device, because Vector never activated it. He just Set it and then waited while Astral and Yuma had a dramatic bonding moment. Granted, they couldn't do anything because of Sargasso, and he'd already eliminated the other cards in their hand with C104, but come on, why even HAVE the card if you're not going to use it, or you don't even NEED to use it? Because the duel writers suck at this show. That's why NGETD was summoned with no relevance, or why Dark ZeXal nearly rammed himself to death in a broken effect loop. He couldn't activate it because Yuma used PLOT ARMOR (literally) and turned Limited Barian's Force into Numeron Force.

I know, but it could have at least been "Draw card, Vector flips this card, THEN have Limited Force = Numeron Force" happen. Have the dramatic bonding scene happen before he draws.
