It's a fairly decent card, the lack of Special Summon keeps away Summoner Monk shenanigans, which was no doubt the intent. Though I find it funny this guy can add Numeron Force.

And if I let people Special Summon it, then I'm removing the Level Change part.
Since the later effect was supposed to make it act as an obscure Gagaga Magician, but with the added bonus of even being able to make Xyzs like Paladynamo.

I find it funny this guy can add Numeron Force.

To be fair, Numeron Force was originally Limited Force.
Speaking of which, Limited Force is still the most flexible.

It's not a bad thing, it's just ironic given the show's lore.

It's not. He was saying that Limited is the best due to its flexibility.
I wholeheartedly approve of this card. It's eerily similar to a current project I have called "Barian HEROs".
