We also have no official translation unless I missed something. If something changes to indicate it's a quick effect fine by me. I just don't like how it's worded right now basicaly. If and when don't make a difference unless it's missing the timing. 2. All have effects that trigger in a certain event. Whether that trigger is an effect or action is not a factor. So it's a 4-card OTK (Maiden, something to target her with, E-Tele, and Reborn) that relies on a staple card, requires you run other cards that don't fit with the BEWD.dek's overall theme, and comes with no protection or added pluses, so you end up -2ing.
