NeoRWBY65
Spell/Field When this card is activated, put 1 "Level Counter" on it. During each of your standby phases, put 1 "Level Counter" on this card. If the combined levels of monsters on either player's side of the field is higher than the number of "Level Counters" on this card, the selected player must destroy 1 monster on their side of the field. Also, a support Rank-Up Destruction Trap/Continuous You can only activate this card while "Destruction of the Mighty" is on the field. When an Xyz monster is summoned, put 1 "Rank Counter" on this card. If the combined Ranks of monsters on either player's side of the field is higher than the number of "Rank Counters" on this card, that player must destroy 1 Xyz monster he/she controls. If "Destruction of the Mighty" would be destroyed, you can destroy this card instead. Discuss
Bringerofcake
"the selected player must destroy 1 monster on their side of the field." Who is the selected player? If this player is chosen by the controller of the field spell then it's obviously borked, giving the player incentive to just drop trag and get his opponent's monster blasted. Also, the timing seems a little funky for when the destruction effect happens, but I guess that level modification happens so often in this game now that the only way to have this card work is like this. I'm going to assume the card works by punishing the player who just summoned/changed Level, although a tug o'war using the field would be fun. The selected player is the one that just had the combined levels of his monsters go above the max put on by this card.
