Sora1499
Fabled Medusa {LIGHT/Level 3/Fiend/Effect} If you control no monsters and have no monsters in your graveyard, except for LIGHT or DARK monsters, you can special summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can increase this card's level by 1, until the end phase. 1000/
Blake
Flavor is off, considering Fableds are based on demons, not monsters or creatures. The closest thing to based on "monsters" are the ones like Cerburrel, which are the "The Fabled" monsters based on animals associated with deities. The fact that it encourages Chaos is also bad flavor, considering it's in an all LIGHT deck type that fought against DARK Machines, among other enemies. On top of that, it doesn't even interact with other Fableds in any way like the others. It doesn't have to be Discard based in and of itself (see: Grimro, who just ditches herself, or Miztoji), but it should at least have SOMETHING to do to interact with the others. Anyways, doesn't really feel like it adds anything to the deck. It encourages you to use Chaos, but this punishes you for having non-Chaos in your Extra Deck. Not completely, but it means you have to consider when you want a non-LIGHT/DARK Synchro to make any copies of this card that you have yet to draw be dead. Photon Thrasher is really meh in Fableds, as I've seen it used there badly. This is basically a slightly more versatile TGU target that's a Fabled, but would be such a dead draw at times. Hell, it contradicts using it with TGU, considering the 4 best Rank 3s aren't LIGHT or DARK. Honestly, remove the DARK part and loosen up the SS conditions. Cards that limit like this can be very restrictive in practice, and I personally find the design to be lazy. Should also have something to do with other Fableds in some way. They build each other/themselves up by tearing everything down, in a sense, or just tearing themselves down to support the others., and that's the flavor you should be trying to capture. newhat
So it's a Tour Guide target, or an instant Ragin with Chawa. Fabled Quasar is so complicated that I don't know if this would help or not, but if Ragin Turbo is a thing, this does more for it than Grimro. It stocks your hand. It combos with Chawa in that it can grab all the things you want at that moment then dump them. Like Krus makes an instant Ragin. This requires you to have at least 3 cards and no monsters/a normal summon that shouldn't be squandered away to make a Synchro. And Fabled Quasar is shit. 玄魔の王
If this thing interacted with the rest of the archetype better, I could say I liked it. Sadly, Kushano does the job better in pretty much every way, without necessarily encouraging Chaos games.
