Might as well bring up Unlimited Format

Unlimited Format allows you to use 3 of everything, so FTKs are impossibly easy and the game is basically a coin flip. That's not what I want to discuss.

 

What is the most effective and difficult-to-counter Deck available in Unlimited Format? For example, Makyura-based draw FTKs are more effective than draw loops based on Card of Safe Return, because Card of Safe Return can be interrupted with D.D. Crow or shadowed with Maxx "C".

Exchange of the Spirit or Exodia are probably the most consistent FTKs, impossible to counter unless you're running Herald of Green/Purple Light or something like that.

Other fun decks in unlimited are Last Turn (+Jowgen/Fossil Dyna). Once you activate Last Turn there's pretty much nothing they can do. Yata-Lock is also fun but it requires some setup which is boring in unlimited.

Last Turn is iffy because they can negate your monster's effect with Veiler. Exchange of the Spirit is great, but if they have a hand trap they can delay defeat, and possibly turn the game around with Graveyard resources like Gishki Aquamirror.
