Unfair Treaty (ANIME)

Recommended Posts

Continuous Trap Card

Activate by sending 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard. When you would pay Life Points to activate the effect of a face-up Continuous Spell Card you control, your opponent pays instead.

Discuss.

...Where did I first hear of this card?  It sounds like it was from GX, if I am not mistaken?

Also, it's obvious that 44 will be used with this.  Oh god, a Spell where your opponent would pay half of their Life Points instead of you and practically FTK...(this gives me some new ideas for WC).

This is a ZEXAL card. There have been other cards in the past that have similar names.

EDIT: Added the rather oldschool art.

Wall of Revealing Light does it better, Trooper, since they could Typhoon This or Inspection ahead of time, and the Opponent would have only payed 500.
Wall does a massive payment of 7000 all at once.

a] It only works for continuous Spells.

b] Even if it did work with Wall of Revealing, if they have MST you're screwed anyway, because you have to wait until Treaty resolves before you can use Wall to win and any smart opponent would MST the Treaty straight away so that you couldn't use it to kill them when it resolves.

What's your point?  It's still an OTK with Inspection no matter how you look at it.
