Piercer of the Heavens
"Before you can cut the rose you must get past the thorns!" Lore: You can Special Summon this card by sending one "Queen Angel of Roses" and one "Fallen Angel of Roses" from your deck to your graveyard. When this card is destroyed you can discard one card in your hand to Special Summon one "Queen Angel of Roses" and one "Fallen Angel of Roses" from your deck. Their effects are negated. They cannot be used as Xyz material monsters until next End Phase. "It is safe now Milady; you may approach." Lore: You can banish 1 Spell Card from your graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. While this card remains face-up on the field "Queen Angel of Roses" and "Fallen Angel of Roses" can be normal Summoned without a tribute. "Run Milady! I will hold them off as long as I can!" Lore: If a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel of Roses" would be destroyed you can discard this card to negate its destruction. While this card is in your graveyard you can equip this card to a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel or Roses". A monster equipped with this card inflicts Piercing Damage. "I will not fall! Not as long as Milady needs protecting!" Lore: You can discard this card and until the End Phase any monster that battles a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel of Roses" is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn. While this card is in the graveyard you can equip this card to a "Queen Angel of Roses" or "Fallen Angel of Roses". tkheezy68
Sword of Rose Pedals is probably the best card of this set even it might even be considered better than the cards its trying to support. It's extremely easy to ss and its level 3 meaning that it can be used to get some of the best xyz, really like this card. To balance it just allow it, when it is summoned to search your deck for an "angel of roses" that effect can only be used once a turn. (to prevent a person from summoning a bunch of "fallen angel of roses" in a turn. Fallen Queen of Thorns is okay as well, it isn't very remarkable but passable due to being able to SS a 2800 monster quickly and putting 2 "angel of roses" in the grave setting them up to be SS by cards like lord poison and miracle fertilizer. I would say make it 7 stars so that it can be used to get out Rosaria, since Rosaria could be considered support for the "angel of roses". Also you might want to consider adding to the SS effect that you can send the cards from both your deck and hand. White Rose Guard is a nice dual purpose card, being a hand trap as well as an equip card while in the grave. However I believe (and this goes for knight of rose as well) that if while equipped they are destroyed then they're banished. That way the "angel of roses" can't keep recycling them from the grave. Knight of Roses discard effect is far too situational, you should just allow that card to be able to be equipped from either the hand or grave to a face up "angel of roses" and then it grants the card its equipped to Knight of roses discard effect and just get rid of the 2nd one as the first one is far better. The card would also only be banished while equipped if it was equipped from the graveyard. These cards are alright but(except for sword of rose pedal) they leave a lot to be wanted; the cards add a bit but not enough to warrant the use of any of the "angel of roses". Why not add a synchro or xyz that utilizes one or both of them, so the base "angel of roses" have something better they can go into and then make support that would help search for and summon the "angel of roses" cards from your deck? I think that would be more effective. You could even make a new "angel of roses" card have more target for these cards.
I Hate Snatch Steal
"Before you can cut the rose you must get past the thorns!" Lore: You can Special Summon this card by sending one "Queen Angel of Roses" and one "Fallen Angel of Roses" from your deck to your graveyard. When this card is destroyed you can discard one card in your hand to Special Summon one "Queen Angel of Roses" and one "Fallen Angel of Roses" from your deck. Their effects are negated. They cannot be used as Xyz material monsters until next End Phase. Not sure what to make of this one. Special summoning a 2800 ATK monster for free is too strong wait, plants already do that: lonefire blossom into tytanial.I thnk that the 2nd effect should grab only 1 of the 2 possible monsters, and get it from the graveyard, not the deck. As is you might have trouble having enough copies in your deck for a summon and revive "It is safe now Milady; you may approach." Lore: You can banish 1 Spell Card from your graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand. While this card remains face-up on the field "Queen Angel of Roses" and "Fallen Angel of Roses" can be normal Summoned without a tribute. This special summoning effect needs to be fixed. First off, any deck that uses spell cards can use this as material for a synchro/xyz/tribute summon, secondly, it can be summoned as many times per turn as you have spells in your graveyard. I'd say add the clause: "You can only use the Special Summoning effect of "Sword of the Rose Petals" once per turn." and change the summoning cost so that it involves plant-type monsters at the very least. The other effect sounds good. The first effect is fine, but add "You can only use this effect of "White Rose Guard"" once per turn to the 2nd effect, otherwise there may be an infinite loop of some sort waiting to happen. A monster equipped by this card gains the following effect: When this card destroys a monster by battle inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's level X 200. Like I said before The first effect is fine, but add "You can only use this effect of "Knight of the Rose"" once per turn to the 2nd effect, otherwise there may be an infinite loop of some sort waiting to happen. Also you can maybe change the last sentence to "When that equipped monster destroys a monster by battle inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's level X 200." that way you don't have to get into weird rulings about which card the effect is coming from. Individual comments are in the quote (please excuse any mistakes, I'm very tired right now), but with a bit of fixing, these could be fun to try out.
