I was bored. I saw a cool pic. This is the result. A 5K beater and little else, for the price of your nice Blue-Eyes/Galaxy-Eyes.

Hmm not as big or bad as Heiratic Sun Dragon of Heliopolis or T.E.D. and therefore not much use :(

The card promotes OTKing even more TBH. You can use Tannhauser's Gate/ Galaxy Queen's Light on Machines (I.e: 2 Gadgets, 2 random Karakuri, Galaxy Queen's Light Bureido, etc.) to make this. Plus, there's the looming insanity that is Hieratics. Basically, you made a way for Machines to create more unbalanced OTKs and gave Hieratics another win condition. Both of which aren't really beneficial to the game.

Just make the first clause once per turn and it /should/ be fine. Or maybe change the type, because Limiter Removal is a thing. Don't take my word for it though. It's just an OTK machine (pun intended) and nothing more.
