If you don't like wisdom, run less spells and traps that are your form of removal.
if you don't like fate PLAY AROUND THE ***** CARD and don't hinge your strategy on 1 or 2 cards without protection. bujins can get away with this since lord behold they run protect monster with hand traps. dek and verz is essentially proteck ophion.dek
if you don't like judgment main deck droll and lock bird.
junon giving you trouble, veiler kinda handy don't cha think?

Let's talk about how easy to play they will become after J-Day.

I think the deck is very fun to play.  What I do hate is that when I am playing the deck, my chances of running into an opponent that does my first turn EEV seems to exponentially increase by 60%.

It happens all the time to me. That's why I often leave two Magicians in the deck.

This just proves that fate conspires against us Prophecy players, even though we control Fate.

Also, though Judgment is derpy, there are many different ways to play with the card that it isn't even funny.
