Elephantis Supreme

This is an add-on to the existing Garnecia Elephantis card. I found an image that resembled that card so I had to make this.

 

 

 

 

        

[spoiler=Effect]     Cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters. If you control 1 face-up "Garnecia Elephantis", you can banish that card; Special Summon this card from your hand (ignoring the Summoning Conditions). If a face-up Spell/Trap Card exists on the field, this card's ATK is halved during your Battle Phase.

This is fairly tricky to summon and doesn't even have a positive effect. So no, not op. Also the text is really wierd :S

Right now, the best 3-Tribute monster that eats your NS is Barbaros, who can be Normal Summoned with 2 or no Tributes (and being NSed as a 1900 beater with no Tributes is a nice add-on to Barbaros). Its 3-Tribute form is a 3k beatstick that makes your opponent's field explode, while this can't be SSed, has 1800 ATK a sometimes, and does nothing (aside from its randomly flavorful SS method and stepping on peoples' heads).

 

Even with the Garnecia bit, it would be fine without having 1800 ATK, since it feels like a ripoff with that drawback. Especially so since this doesn't actually do anything but punch things in the face. While Garnecia has Ancient Rules, it's impractical to bring out, and if you do use Garnecia without this, it's a 2400 body that doesn't do anything either. This thing really needs some sort of offensive or defensive effect, if not some sort of mix of both. And if you want to keep the drawback, then soften it up a bit, maybe only having it lose enough ATK to put it in the mid-to-high 2000s instead of 1800. Once this has some other effects, then it would feel a bit realistic if its original ATK gets bumped down a tad bit, to maybe 3200. It doesn't make it run over much less, but 3600 simply feels a bit out of place. This isn't too much of a big deal though.
