The Dinos deck

First of all, Backgrounds.  The pure white background is kinda bland and not very realistic.

Now about the Normal Monsters: Normal Monsters (AKA vanillas) aren't considered too creative.  Some of yours will see play in Dino Rabbit decks.  Basilosaurus, Ankylosaurus, and Eniniosaurus all outclass Kabazauls, and the first two both outclass Sabersaurus.  We really don't need more Normal Dinos.

Raptor isn't too bad, but you need to specifiy where you're summoning from (Deck/Hand/Grave).  Stegosaurus should have lower attack/defense stats,  Tarchia and Triceratops seem fine to me.

T-Rex seriously needs an OCG fix:  "You can Special Summon this card by tributing monsters on your side of the field whose levels are equal to 8"  Again, you need to specifiy where the monsters are being summoned from.  It should also have a Once Per Turn clause.

I actually like Age of the Dinosaurs.  Dino Reborn should be a quick play.  Dino Sun will never be used due to mediocre ATK gain.  It's outclassed by Axe of Despair even, and no one uses that.  Egg Hatching should be reworded:  "Banish 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your deck.  If it is banished for a number of turns equal to its level: Speical Summon it."

Meteor Extinction already exists in the form of Dark Hole.  It doesn't need to be a quick-play.  Volcanic Eruption I don't see serving any purpose.

Dino Protection needs to be reworded: "If a card effect or Monster attack targets 1 Dinosaur-Type monster on your side of the field: Negate the effect or attack."

Dino Swipe should not be a quick play due to quick play Traps not existing.  It's fine as a normal trap.  Predator isn't bad.

Overall 4/10.  Get some better artwork and fix your OGC.  Study some real cards to see how effects are written.
