Is this one based on the more recent and ongoing Clone Wars series? You could basically go through Anakin's entire history, making him into a series of Leveling Monsters if you wanted to. This certainly isn't him at his highest level, so I wonder if his stats could be adjusted, maybe raised. I don't quite get from where his ability to attack agains without lowering his ATK first comes though.

 

It may just be me, however I think the grammar is a bit unwieldy. Maybe:

"This card cannot be attacked by a monster of Level 4 or lower. If this card destroys an opposing monster, you can lower its ATK by 500 and attack again."

 

I also think Light might be a better element for Anakin as a Jedi Knight than Earth.

I think that is very cool how you did anakin on your first card and also i think you should do Obi-Wan next.

Yes, yes it is. I will try, but seems like a lot of work. And Banana Pudding doesn't do a lot of work. I can see where you get the LIGHT and decrease of 500 ATK, but I don't like it. It makes him weak. I'll switch the OCG cause yours sounds better as mine seems like baby talk. I'm new to the new ocg if that makes since. Thanks for the criticism.

The card text effect says "you can attack again", meaning after it attacks every single monster you control gains an additional attack that stays for both this battle phase and every other one after, making it broken. And there is no such thing as "opposing monsters". But around 1950 ATK is OK, even with the bad effect.

 

Card text effect should be something like this: This card cannot be attacked by a Level 4 or lower monster. If this card attacks, it gains an additional attack this Battle Phase.
