Hey so I've been working on this set that revolves around Satellite Cannon and figured I'd add my own cards

Could use some feedback to make the deck more effective as well as possible new cards to add to it.

Satellite Mobile Base

During each of your End Phases, this card gains a level Counter. Remove two level counters to have a monster on the field gain a level till the end of the turn. You can tribute this card instead of summoning this turn to place this monster in attack position on your opponent side of the field.
 
Satellite Rocket

If this card is in attack mode during your Main Phase you can Special Summon in Attack Mode 1 “Satellite Cannon from your Hand or Deck. During each of your End Phases, this card gains 100 ATK. If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 300, after damage calculation.
 
Satellite Warrior

During each of your End Phases, this card gains 200 ATK. If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 1400, after damage calculation. All monsters with Satellite in their name gain 400 ATK as long as this card is in ATK position

This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a Level 7 of lower monster. During each of your End Phases, this card gains 200 DEF. If this card is Attacked, its Def returned to 1800, after damage calculation.

When this card Attacks a monster that is in defence position this card gain 500 ATK. During each of your End Phases, this card gains 200 ATK. If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 1800, after damage calculation.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a Level 7 of lower monster. During each of your End Phases, this card gains 1000 ATK. If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 0, after damage calculation.

This monster  cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a  Level 10  or lower monster. During each of your End Phases , this card gains 3000 ATK. If this card  attacks , its ATK  is reduced to 0, after damage calculation. During battle between this attacking  card and a Defense Position monster whose  DEF  is lower than the ATK  of this card, inflict the difference as  Battle Damage  to your opponent.

In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control: the value must equal the Level of this card.
This card cannot be special summoned other than dark tuning.  This card cannot be destroyed by battle and is not affected by Spell Cards, Trap Cards, or monster effects of monsters Level 3 or lower. During each of your End Phases, this card gains 300 ATK. If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 0, after damage calculation. If this card has been in defence mode for 3 of your End Phases in a row it is removed from play and you take damage equal to half the Attack.

his card cannot be special summoned other than dark tuning.  This card cannot be destroyed by battle and is not affected by Trap Card, or monster effects of monsters Level 5 or lower. During each of your End Phases, this card gains 600 ATK. If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 2500, after damage calculation.
 
 
Star Dragon

During the end phase this card gained 1000 ATK, If this card Attacks, its ATK returned to 4000, after damage calculation.
When this card is destroyed if Star Dragon ATK is:
  • 5000 – 8000: Special Summon 1 "White Dwarf Token" (Rock -Type/LIGHT/Level 8/ATK 0/DEF 8000). This monster also is counted as a Machine. During each end phase DEF loses 500. When it hits 2000 Special Summon 1 “Black Dwarf Token” (Rock – Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 2000).
  • 8000 or more: remove all cards from your hand, field (including star dragon), and 10 cards from the deck from play. If cards cannot be removed from play send them to the graveyard. Each players receive 800 points of damage for each card that is removed from play or sent to the graveyard. If Star Dragon ATK was 10000 or more; during the end phase as long as this card is removed from play or in the graveyard each player must discard 1 card during their end phase and take 800 points of damage or discard 5 and take no damage. This effect cannot be negated by trap cards. This effect is ongoing until Star Dragon is no longer removed from play or in the graveyard.
 
Spells
Overclocking (Equip)
Equip to a machine type monster and double the monster ATK. All other monsters on your side of the field ATK and DEF points are halved by their original amount
 
Satellite Charge
Select one monster with “Satellite” in their name, that monster then has it’s effects applied that activate during your end phase as if two of your end phases passed
 
Light Metal Revival (Quick play)
Special Summon on Light Machine monster that has less than 1000 Attack and Defence points until the end of your turn. This monster is unable to attack during the battle phase.
 
Satellite Command Base [Field]
During the end phase of your turn the effects of Satellite monsters that gain ATK/DEF also gain an additional 500 points. You can send this card to the graveyard to special summon a satellite rocket from your hand, deck or graveyard.
 
Upper Atmosphere (Field Spell)
All “satellite” monster effects that happen during end phases now instead happen at the end of Main Phase 1. Any effects that target Satellite monsters effects that happen during the end phase are changed to target effects that happen during Main Phase 1
 
Satellite Orbit (Field Spell)
During the end phases each satellite monster gains an additional 100 extra points. At the cost of 200 life points per attack when a monster with “Satellite” in their name attack a monster that is in defence position the different in damage is dealt to your opponent’s life points
 
Dust from the Star (Quick Spell)
If Star Dragon is on the Field you can Special Summon 1 ‘Stardust Dragon’ from your extra deck
 
Colliding Forces (Quick Spell)
You can only activate this spell card if there are two or more White Dwarf Tokens on the field. Send them to the graveyard to Special Summon Star Dragon from your hand, Deck, Remove from Play.
 
Traps
Latitude
During this turn all monsters with satellite in their name can attack the opponent directly, any monster that has used this effect is destroyed during the next players standby phase.
 
Satellite Counter Attack
When a monster with “Satellite” in its name is attacked applied its effect that activate during your end phase as if three of your end phases passed. Afterwards the monsters Points return to their original numbers.
 
Solar Charge
When a face up monster with “Satellite” in its name is attacked increased the attacked monster attack points by the attacking monster attack points until the end phase of your turn.
 
Collateral Damage
When one of your monsters is destroyed by your opponent activate one of these effects:
  • If destroyed by battle or monster effect destroy an opponent monster that has the closes ATK to the ATK of your monster
  • If destroyed by magic or trap destroy an opponent monster that has the closes DEF to the DEF of your monster.

Not to seem negative or anything, but I think your approach to Satellite Cannon is a little off.
I mean, Satellite Cannon monsters, in general, have a gimmick of increasing their ATK(Or DEF, as far as Base goes) when they don't attack, and loose it all upon doing so, or to put it in concept form; They build up energy from the sun and unleash it in a single attack.
While I like the fact you expanded this in a much different way, I just think its a little too different.

Also Overclocking is busted.
