Kyng's Old Account
This is the Set of Cards which contribute to my 1st Week on the Weekly Challenge! Included are the cards, their effects, and a link to the original page where you can find other people's reviews! Please note: these cards are the current most updated versions, and as such they will have been amended based on the critique given in their previous thread!
Send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard; banish, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, the Fusion Material Monsters listed on a Fusion Monster Card and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from the Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) That Fusion Monster cannot declare an attack during the turn you used this card's effect. If this Set card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard, draw 1 card.http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/300865-gestalt-fusion-week-1card-1/

"Dark Magician" + 1 Level 5 or higher Spellcaster-Type monsterMust be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Fusion Summon cannot be negated. During either player's turn, when a Spell Card is activated: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. You must control this face-up card to activate and resolve this effect. Your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase. Neither player can banish cards.http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/300905-supreme-dark-magician-week-1card-2/

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned: Place 2 Spell Counters on it. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Spell Counter on it. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Spell Counter instead.http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/300962-arcanite-magician-girl-week-1card-3/

Target 1 Special Summoned monster your opponent controls, then target 1 monster in their Graveyard; send the first target to the Graveyard, and Special Summon the second target to your opponent's side of the field, in the same battle position as the first target.http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/301018-unlikely-encounter-week-1card-4/

This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. You can discard 1 Machine-type monster from your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Summoned this way and is sent to the Graveyard as a Synchro Material Monster; the Synchro Monster gains the discarded monster's effects.http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/301080-robo-magician-girl-week-1card-5/
sullyvanj93
Well i love the Fusion card and Arcanite. They seem to be great cards that balance themselves out perfectly. Supreme dark magician? a wee bit too OPed... I'd like to see the "no banishing" clause go away, way too easy to get out if its THAT hard to get rid of. Robo mage girl is okay i guess, but i dont see why you'd ever use her in a spellcasting deck. Unlikely encounter is horribly mean lol. at LEAST let your opponent choose the battle position. and use the term "destroy" so it CAN be defended against. Not many Dark Magician substitutes exist, and even then you need another potential Dead Draw + a Fusing card to make it happen. With this in mind I think it is balanced.Robo was simply a little tag I added onto the label, really XDI will take what you say about Unlikely Encounter into consideration with pleasure, but I'm not sure about changing it, since it cannot target Normal Summoned/Set/Flip Summoned monsters after all.
