To activate this card you have to pay 700 Life points. When a xyz monster in your controle has no xyz materials,

you can activate one of the following effects:

-Discard 3 cards from your hand and attach it to that xyz monster as a xyz materials.

-Sacrifice that xyz monster and special summon from your hand or graveyard 3 monsters

from the same rank of that monster in any position.

Broken as hell. Use it on a monster like Number 16 when you've stunned your opponent long enough, or on a monster whose cost requires you detatching all materials at once (like Starliege Paladynamo or Number 91) and gain massive profit from doing so. First effect, alas, is completely useless and nobody in their right mind would ever use it.

 

Basically, it's a winmoar card that encourages OTK pushes for little to no cost. And that's what makes it a broken card.
