Once per turn during each Standby Phase: place 1 Summon Counter on this card. Once per turn: you can remove any number of Summon Counters from this card (min 3); special summon 1 monster from your hand or deck whose level is less then or equal to the number of summon counters you removed. Target 1 face-up card that can have Summon Counters placed on it; place 2 Summon Counters on that target and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only activate "Summon Counter Gem" once per turn. ^ the image is typoed but the written lore is correct. Why didn't I use spell counters? Because I didn't want these cards to interact with spell counter support. This idea is a "port" of a design that I made for magic the gathering btw. Do Prophecies break these cards?
