Is there any way to make a hyperlink have a titel? What I mean by this is that when you hover over them, some text will pop up. Or is it there, and I just don't know how to do it.

Tas not what I'm asking, I know that, I'm asking if you can have them give a little title, in the box like thing (on firefox it's a box white box) with text.

Example, I want THIS to say "my profile", but I don't know if you can.

You have to hover the mouse over the actual underline when its a link, though.

There is a button (the downer ninth from the left one) called "Link", and if you mark the text you want linked, then press the button and paste the URL into the space assigned to URL there and finish, it should be hyperlinked.
