I honestly don't see where it can be used outside of that Plasma Control deck that topped in the OCG, (Which is actually somewhat decent.) Maybe in MPB (As the above user stated)? Hamstrat can generate enough tokens to summon plasma It still has to live a turn Just the fact that it has that skill drain effect makes the thing great, Though without something for it to steal it'll probably be run over anyways.
