Also, I apparently have a new fetish for Warriors. Last time it was Witches and before you know it, it's Warriors. It was crazy.

Anyway, as for the card, it's some sort of Stun thing I designed to kick E-Drags in their tiny little dragon balls. Basically, you summon this, and watch as your opponent screams in terror. So yeah, it's a Stun card you use to stun other decks, preferably in a stun deck in combination with other stun cards. I'm confused, because I've said the word "Stun" too many times in one sentence.

Cannot be Special Summoned. Destroy any monster that battles with this card at the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn: you can tribute one monster you control; until your next Draw Phase, neither players can Special Summon monsters with an ATK more than the ATK of the tributed Monster.

This card would definitely do well in a dedicated build, perhaps Heroics (tributing Swordshield would make a lot of Decks cry in terror) and it certainly tops the majority of Level 4 monsters, but I think this could be problematic in that it has really high stats and a strong effect, making it potentially overpowered. Perhaps lower both stats by 100, or the Defence by something more might balance it more? Not being able to be Special Summoned is good, but you do have RotA and The Warrior Returning Alive that might make this factor somewhat obsolete.

I tried making the stats 1700/1700 but then it just ended being too low and thus making the effect even more disastrous.
Also, suggest what kind of card I should make next.
