Toffee. Posted May 25, 2013 Report Share Posted May 25, 2013 Even with it's effect, it has 2700 ATK. So if they choose not to use Big Eye/Draco on it, they still can't run it over otherwise. And Blaster just becomes a -2 against this card(-3 if they have something on the field).Assuming, of course, they don't actually Summon Blaster.
