Target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Search your Extra Deck, and if there is an Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck that is of a higher Rank than the target and has the target's name in its effect description, add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" card from your Deck to your hand.

As for the card itself, I find it interesting in the fact that it isn't like most other Spell card searchers (Like RotA, E-Call, etc.) but if you made it like other Spell card searchers, the card might end up bland imo. Another thing I like about the card is that it could fit into the anime as it would be much more interesting than if the RUM existed in your hand prior to the Xyz monster you plan to use it on.

There's something I don't quite understand, there's no such thing as "search your Extra Deck", and how does that even work? You don't seem to reveal the cards to your opponent when you do so, and I don't really get the image, it seems totaly off if its suppose to be a Rank-Up support. I would just suggest you say "Traget 1 Xyz Monster you control and reveal 1 Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck; if you revealed an Xyz Monster whose effect includes that targets name, add 1 "Rank-Up Magic" card from your Deck to your hand. But the card itself is pretty good, its fairly balanced, adds speed to the monsters, and I like it a lot.
