Miracle Ritual

Normal Spell

Banish, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, the Ritual Material monsters listed on a Ritual Spell Card in your Graveyard, and then Special Summon the appropriate Ritual Monster from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard. (This Special Summon is treated as a Ritual Summon.) Banish all Ritual Spell cards in both Player's Graveyards.

 

the OCG is really wonky but you should get the idea of how it works.

All I can say is that it needs the Ritual Spell Icon, rather than Normal Spell.  Also, just say monsters whose Levels are equal to the Level in the description of the Ritual Ritual Spell card that lists the Ritual Monster that you are attempting to summon.
