Aix
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while you control no monsters. If you control another monster, this card cannot attack. Discuss.
evilfusion
Very solid card. Great for Decks that focus on Rank 4s, as it's an easy Special Summon. Its downside is balanced, while a bit annoying, but I find it encourages conservative aggression more than anything. Being LIGHT and Warrior makes for some excellent combos, and it's hilarious with Photon Satellite, giving access to nice Rank 5s like Volcasaurus or Pleiades. Also being a Photon that can be SSed makes Galaxy Knight combos work better.
Aerion Brightflame
It's the second best low level Photon. And it's utterly amazing in what it does. So simply, yet so dang good. With a great level, attribute and type letting it get to the best Rank 4's. And at 2100, it's hilariously good at beatdown.

Aerion Brightflame
What's the first? Satellite? Lord no, I hate the thing. It's Sabre Tiger. It might never get used but it's the only +1 in the low level Photons iirc.
Randomflyingobjects
This card is one of the more rounded Level 4's in the Yugiohverse. Not only is it a solid Photon backup that leads to Galaxy-eyes combos, but it's also well designed to fit any deck. It can be used both as easy Xyz material AND one of those worst-case-scenario cards. Saying that if your entire monster card zone just got wiped out and your points are low, this card serves beatdown for some monsters and can combo with Equip cards to easily overpower the bigger monsters. The only time this card ISN'T good is when your field is already full of cards, in which case you shouldn't really need it all that badly. So yes, it is a good card with Light, warrior, Xyz, and misc. decks. I'd say it's a pretty good card.
evilfusion
One thing I love about Thrasher is your opponent doesn't need to have a monster, unlike most "Cyber Dragon" Special Summons. So it's a solid opening card that can be used well even if you went first, or if your opponent passed without playing a monster, or if Torrential/etc were used. -Berserker-
I find it weird that more than once my DN opponents have responded to it's summon with Compulsory. I play a couple of these in Monarch deck. Nice for tributes, beatstick, and makes those Warrior-exclusive Xyzs with D.D. Survivor.
Expelsword
This card alone has inspired me to use a Photon engine.
ihop
It's also the 3rd best Photon outside of the deck, if you count Papi and Bounzer. It's amazing, a 2100 beater that's a RotA target and can be used as fodder and also kills of Thunderbirds. It also helped me win the ORCS sneak peek.
