HugPhoenix Posted June 2, 2013 Report Share Posted June 2, 2013 I'll Give this a shot...Despite its name, I believe it can actually allow more cards to be used....-100% untested.--RULES-1. normal summon is restricted to 3 times per turn.2. Only one spell/trap card of its name can be activated per turn. (ie, upstart can only be used once per turn, even if you have 2 more in hand).3. Cards that would move cards from anywhere to somewhere else not listed here are restricted to 2 times per turn or 2 cards only. If their effects would move more than 2 cards at once, mandatorily: Your turn ends immediately after the effect resolves.4. You may only special summon Twice per turn, once per zone, and only during your turn, except by an opponent's card effect. (ie you couldnt special summon 2 gilasaurus(hand), but you could summon gilasaurus and plaguespreader zombie(1 hand, 1 grave)).5. You may only add a card from your deck to your hand by a card effect once per turn, only during your turn, except by an opponent's card effect.5.1- This also applies only once from graveyard and banished.6. You can only draw outside of your draw phase once per turn, and only on your turn, except by an opponent's card effect.7. If you draw more than one card outside your draw phase: your turn ends after you resolve the effect that allowed you to draw.8. All continuous spell/trap cards are automatically destroyed during the owner's 2nd end phases after activation.9. Spell Cards that would remove more than 1 card from the field immediately end your turn after their effects resolve.10. A card that would make an opponent skip a phase can only use its effect once per 2 turns. (ie. yata-garasu would only work on the turn it is summoned, then if yata attacks next turn, its effect is negated)11. Cards than Burn can only be activated during your own turn, unless it is a monster effect.12. Equip Cards, other spell card, and Trap card Effects that modify your own monsters' attack and defense are not applied during the opponent's turn.--The Banlist is made to give players a fair chance and not leave them easily wide open.Normal summon is modded to prevent swap frog spam, and things like that.Say mystic tomato would summon, or call of the haunted was activated during your opponent's turn. The effect would be negated.Let's say I use a gadget, then ultimate offering for a second. Then I try to use ultimate offering for a third gadget; the third gadget's effect is negated.Say I have 2 stardusts going to be special summoned during the end phase. I can only summon one. if they were different, I can choose whih card to summon.Say opponent kills sangan by battle. Effect is negated. Blake Posted June 2, 2013 Report Share Posted June 2, 2013 So it's Hunder Format? 3 Normal Summons are plenty for them in a format like this, 2 Special Summons is enough, the rules don't stop Cardcar and Sea Horse, and you can use Recycling Batteries once a turn. This format is so tailored to them, it's either a total oversight OR an absolute oversight that makes the validity of your format suspicious. Oh, and your banlist is terrible for more reasons than I could list if I took an hour. It reeks of bias and no actual thought put into it, just UNBAN ALL THE THINGS. I mean, you want a fair format, and you put Chaos Emperor Dragon at 1? What? The rules are convoluted as hell, add nothing good and just make the game slow down in an unnatural manner, while saying BANLSITS ARE BAD BAWW, as far as I can see.
