Not-so-Radiant Arin
If your opponent controls at least 2 monsters while you control no cards: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned this way: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the combined total ATK of all monsters that were destroyed by this effect. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by battle: Send the attacking monster to the Graveyard after the Battle Phase (even if this card is no longer in the Graveyard).
What? It's not like the format is going to magically get better. So, I was creating something pertaining to another CCG of mine when I had this image just floating around, not being used, so this was basically a "saw picture, made card" thread. However, I also wanted to try my hand at something that could potentially (probably won't) stop OTKS before it can happen, and reflects the damage done to you back to the player. The burn effect is probably insignificant and it comes with a large cost of having an empty field, similar to Gorz. It can also get rid of monsters after the Battle Phase. If memory serves me correctly, this is all within the confines of the updated Rules for CC, and if not, please tell me.
Zazubat
I honestly can't say I'm a fan. Fairy does't really need cards on the field to get going, and having this will nuke support OTKs, and on top of that, you will deal a ton of damage, and you can even hit Tokens, though most don't have a lot of ATK, but it still doesn't say they have to go to the Graveyard. Hyperion is easy to get out, and you can use Athena a bit as well if you like. I like the send to Graveyard part, gets rid of a lot of stuff, but this can is powerful enough with other Fairy-Types out there. It does need to destroy all monsters to also inflict damage, so that is a bit of a supporter, but it's still mighty powerful. And at Level 7 it can go into some Xyz Monsters if that's your thing. Lots of powerful things, should have some form of condition in my book. Anyway, onto the OCG. OCG fix: Now, the start of the effect, you put in something that would normally be an inherent Summon (that do not trigger), but you put in a colon. You also put in parentheses, which are not on monsters with effect Summons (that trigger). I have reworded it in the way you most likely intended it to work. The last part is not needed, it's just filler as this puts a condition on the card and it will be send no matter want. Though, if you wish to, you can can leave it in if you wish to. If your opponent controls 2 or more monsters while you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned this way: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the combined total ATK of all monsters that were destroyed by this effect. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by battle: Send the attacking monster to the Graveyard after the Battle Phase.
