Fiend Comdian's effect says send cards from your deck to the grave. Do you get to choose theses cards or is it from the top of your deck?

You choose, they never said from the "top of your Deck. ". I am not 100% sure, but I am guessing it is correct.

The only reason that it was never errata'd is that it was never reprinted; this card only appeared in LOD, and nowhere else. As such, it uses the old card grammar instead of the modern card grammar, which is the reason for the absence of the words "the top of". Its effect does mill cards from the top of your deck; it doesn't let you pick any cards you want.
