But no, I like how they toned down his effects from the anime. I think Dragon Rulers are going to froth at the mouth whenever they see this beauty. evilfusion Posted June 7, 2013 Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 Hm... Level 8 Dragons as Material annoys me a little, but oh well, not surprised. Requiring itself to be alone to use its effects make sense. I don't like the third effect, though. It only affects Dragons the opponent controls (on the Field), so it'll HELP Dragon Rulers more than it'd hurt, as the only effect that activates on the Field is the one that returns them to the hand. I do like the Big Eye effect, although it's downgraded pretty badly due to the Materials and being Dragon-specific.
