Fwoosh! Leaf Transformation (ANIME)

Recommended Posts

I must in some way reference Mario Bros 3.

But I think it's too obvious.

Tanuki in Japanese folklore and mythology are renown for being nature spirits and having the ability to shapeshift. More than likely, there isn't any reference to the Tanooki Suit of Mario.

He means he (evilfusion) must reference Mario in some way, not that this card or archetype references mario.

But. Leaf.

I have no idea what to make of this card, without prior knowledge of the archetype in question. A very standard card though.

Actually, it's not just Mario.
Tanukis, in folklore, use Leaves for magical shenanigans n' such.

Deja vu.
