It does't have has RotA, but it does have TWrA. which can make it potentially recyclable, but the Lv5 helps nerf that. It is searchable by Tomato and could provide reliable Rk5s. Also, it changes Battle Positions, which not only enables you to shut off a potential OTK, but does so in a Balanced way. The ATK gain is half, so that makes this thing have difficulties breaching 3000, which is also good.I think it is a good card. I have no quarrels with it. Hand traps are tricky, and can easily become overpowered, but this card seems to handle the balancing issue quite well, as well as opens up a variety of different battle strategies.
