1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned: Target up to 2 Spell/Trap cards your opponent controls; Destroy them. Each time you activate a Field Spell card: You can Target 1 monster your opponent controls; Destroy that Target. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Target 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that Target.
This is a revamp of an old card that I did awhile back that focused on Field Spell manipulation. The effect from last time has been watered down significantly. The first effect has the potential to walk right into SLR/Huge Revo. The most use that this card's second effect might use is in some Ancient Gear Deck with 3 Geartown, or anything that might give Field Spells a bit more worth.

It does to much for non-specific material, in my opinion. I believe if you wish to keep it generic, remove the "up to" in its Summoning effect, making your opponent need at least two for this card to benefit from the Chain Whirlwind-ish effect. The second effect is fine, and I love to see Field Spell Cards getting more love. That being said, I feel like the love is out of place, considering there are already two Level 7 Synchro monsters that are support for Field Spells, and are both also LIGHT, we don't really need a 3rd. The last effect is totally fine, especially considering the meta shifting towards bouncing/banishing ED creatures due to the large shaft Konami has given the words "destroy".

Summary: Specific material or power decrease. Effect is misplaced (I know its for Hidden Village and whatnot but Lv. 7 Synchros have enough field support options).
