Anything you're afraid of?

I fear being in large bodies of water. By large I mean anything that's pool sized or bigger. -Shudders-

 

Otherwise, I don't really have anything I fear. Like I'v already come to terms that I'll die when I die. I only wish that I die as painfully as possible.

When I was younger it was Bloody Mary.

 

The one I can't shake is syringes. I have slight arachnophobia, slight fear of heights, and a fear of the afterlife.

Well it can honestly depend on the day, and sometimes I will literally be scared of my own shadow. Some of my more consistent fears are:

 

Spiders; I can't stand them. There's just something about them that scares me. Even the smallest ones, I become irrationally scared.

 

The dark; I think its just the uncertainty behind it, the fact that I don't know what's in the darkness. That and the fact that evil, monsters, and many scary things are associated with the night/dark/ darkness. 

 

Being alone; I always want to have someone near me, and without people around me I just become a nervous wreck. I think this connected to my fear of silence as well. 

 

Death; I hate the fact that there might not be an afterlife, and that when my life ends I may cease to exist entirely.

Being alone.

 

Not being able to talk makes being without someone you trust in an unknown place really scary. :(

I've conquered a lot of irrational fears I've had previously, like being afraid of bugs, the dark, heights, and roller coasters.
Honestly, the only thing left to be afraid of is... losing someone close. And that's a fear I'll never be able to conquer.

Death is probably the main one. I don't want to die painfully, and I haven't really come to terms with death... I don't think I ever really will.

 

But, as for fears that are in my control... snakes, possibly. I live in an area where a lot of poisonous snakes inhabit.

 

Idiots. I can be one myself, but an idiot with power is probably the most dangerous thing on Earth. And I think we have some idiots in power.

I like to be able to do what I want, when I want it, according to one's normal limits.

 

...then again, nobody is truly free in this world, but yeah. I like to think I have some freedom.

Deep water.  Though I've learned to swim, I still fear drowning.

 

Oh, and not getting another Breaking Benjamin album.  I would cry if I knew this was the end.

Serious commitment has become a problem for me lately. Just the thought of mustering enough responsibility to take care of one person for any significant length of time scares me; I just want to have as much fun as possible while screwing around with other people.
