Premier Alexander Romanov
Mecha Phantom Beast Sabrehawk WIND/Machine/Level 4/2100 ATK/100 DEF Cannot attack directly. Cannot attack unless the only monsters in your Graveyard are "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters. This card's Level is increased by the total Levels of all "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" you control. While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 Token, then target 1 card in either player's Graveyard; banish that target. Mecha Phantom Beast Griffin WIND/Machine/Level 7/1000 ATK/2500 DEF You can Tribute 2 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monsters you control; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of "Mecha Phantom Beast Griffin" once per turn. While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn: You discard 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster; Special Summon 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" (Machine-Type/WIND/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0). Discuss. Northern Sage
Stratogriffin is retro. Me gusta. Can it use tokens, by the way? Sabrehawk's wording is a bit odd.

Bringerofcake
Messergriffin seems pretty bad at first, until you realize that it can be a pretty nice tech for Rank 6 shenanigans.

Bringerofcake
How exactly? By the fact that that I somehow missed that it's actually Level 7, and thus immediately ten times better than I thought. Still waiting on more MPB bosses though, Konami. Toffee.
I find it odd how Hawk's artwork lacks any Tokens.Griff, on the other hand, actually seems pretty cool.
Premier Alexander Romanov
I find it odd how Hawk's artwork lacks any Tokens. Griff, on the other hand, actually seems pretty cool. It doesn't make any Tokens, hence why it doesn't have any Tokens in the artwork. Up until this point, every Mecha Phantom Beast has had a number of Tokens in its artwork equal to the number of Tokens its effect generated. It's logical that Sabrehawk lack any Tokens.
