Syncopation
I put this card here because I don't think that this is balanced enough (it is intended to be). Well this is my attempt at a "all or nothing" card... Lore: If the deul exeeds 15 turns and your opponents' life points is 6000 higher than yours; you can special summon this card from your hand or your graveyard in face-up attack position. If this card is summoned this way, this gains the following effects: * The summoning of this card cannot be negated. This card's attack becomes equal to your opponent's life points. This card must attack directly and if able. No other monster you control can attack. After this card attacks; reduce this card's attack to 0 and end your turn. Thoughts...? vla1ne
Respectable card, but you'd have to be keeping close track of the turns every duel to fulfill the summoning condition, and that does not happen often outside of final countdown duels. the rest of his condition, being 6000 lp lower than your opponents is actually a fairly good endgame summon condition. it makes him dead in hand if you're winning, or even if you're in a close match, but any deck running him should see that coming anyways and be prepared for it. His effect is not worth the summon, not being able to use any cards at all to cover for him means that everything isn't brute force can be used to kill him and seeing as his final effect is basically a loss if he dies, that is not a good look for him. Give him at least one or two more pluses in order for it to be feasible in deck use. and you might wanna try giving him a few invulnerabilities to cover up that massive loss condition. the way he is now, anybody with a solemn or a torrential can kill him on sight for the win. It's a good start, but with that many openings, you'd be better off using endless decay instead.

But the summoning condition is the same; mainly because I feel it would really be a joke card without it.

Much better, without the lose condition and field negation he's worth the risk of running. the only thing left would be the level itself. if he's that powerful, then I suggest adding the clause "this card cannot be normal summoned or set, this card can only be special summoned by... ...and cannot be summoned any other ways" otherwise he could just be dropped to field first turn regardless and swing for game automatically.
