If there are a total of 15 or more cards in both player's Graveyards: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard to target 1 monster your opponent controls; Return it to its owner's hand. If there are a total of 20 or more cards in both players Graveyards, this card gains 1000 ATK.
This is a revamp of an earlier card that relies on Graveyard (2nd Deck) crap. Lightsworns really like this card, as it gives them a whole bunch of cool new stuff, and I don't know. This card is probably going to be part of a set, because I actually really like the milling aspect of card games.

If this card was released in the current meta, it might easily be one of the most broken cards that are currently legal.

The 1000 boost would mean this card is a possible lv 4 monster with 2800 atk, which is absurd if it has no actual restrictions on it's attacking ability. and it could even be considered a Raiza that doesn't need sacrifices. as a warrior monster, there are a ton of cards that could allow far more severe abuse of  that effect than Raiza ever could.

I don't know how you could fix it, because i'm tired, but try to give it either some restrictions, or nerf it's boost, because I'm not sure that much power potential is a good thing.

Holy walnuts riding on a galloping weasel this is broken.

Basically, you can Special Summon a 2800 beater with no restrictions. 15 cards in both players graveyards isn't even that hard. Then you get to send 3 cards to the graveyard (which isn't really a cost) to bounce a monster. DAYUM. Idea on how to nerf it; Make it have less atk, about 1200 or 1300 would seem fitting. Also; Remove the return to hand effect, and then you have a balanced card. It's a good concept though, i'll give you that. 6.5/10
