If you have Normal Summoned a monster this turn, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) but it cannot be used as synchro or xyz material this turn. You can tribute this card to target 1 face-up monster you control whose original (printed) level is 4 or less; this turn, that target's ATK becomes double its printed ATK, but it cannot attack your opponent directly. Also this turn, each time it inflicts battle damage to your opponent: activate 1 of these effects. *Target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target. *Target 1 level 4 or lower monster in your graveyard: special summon that target in face-up defense position but its effects are negated.

When an attack is declared: you can discard this card to target 1 face-up monster you control whose original (printed) level is 4 or less; this turn, that target's ATK becomes double its printed ATK, but it cannot attack your opponent directly and if its attacked, monsters cannot be destroyed by that battle. Also this turn, each time it inflicts battle damage to your opponent: activate 1 of these effects.*Target 1 card your opponent controls; return that target to the hand.  *Draw 1 card.

Tribute 1 monster you control that has been affected by a "Golden-Power" monster's effect this turn; destroy all face-up cards your opponent controls and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card destroyed this way. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your graveyard and was not sent there this turn: you can banish this card from your graveyard and discard 1 spell/trap card; add 1 "Golden-Power" monster from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

When your opponent activates a card or effect that would negate the effects of a "Golden-Power" card OR that targets and/or destroys a monster(s) you control that have been affected by a "Golden-Power" monster's effect this turn: you can discard this card; negate that activation and if you do, destroy that card.

2 level 4 monsters
Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then shuffle 1 "Golden-Power" monster from your graveyard into the deck; this turn, this card gains ATK equal to its original ATK and if it does, you can destroy 1 card on the field. Regardless, any further battle damage this card inflicts with direct attack this turn is halved.

Note: this card's ATK gain has similar rulings to power bond, not the rulings shown below

Rulings notes (read this, its important):

- "printed ATK" is what's printed on the card, it doesn't change even if a card like mega morph or unstable evolution is used. "?" is treated as 0.

similar to D2 shield's ruling, The effect of a "Golden-Power" monster that 'doubles' ATK does not actually double it: it sets the ATK to double the printed ATK. Meaning that no other cards or effects can change the ATK from resulting value until the effect is gone

Thus once the effect of a golden-power monster is used on a monster, using another golden-power monster's effect or an effect like ego boost has no effect until the golden-power monster's effect 'wears off'.

By the same token, ATK changes from cards like mage power or shooting star bow - ceal will be "overwritten" so that the ATK is still double the printed ATK.

Maybe these cards aren't competitive, but they could be fun.

printed = original, just so you know for another time. Anyway, these seem to be fairly balanced for what they do. They can become quite powerful, and their effects which give you control work well for them. Nothing really wrong that I can see.

all these cards change original ATK, just so that you know. Its stuff like megamorph that I was worried about when I made the cards.
