I Hate Snatch Steal
Once per turn: You can reveal 1 monster from your Main Deck; this card's name becomes that monster's name until the End Phase. As part of the design I wanted you to have to have the card your copying in the deck thus I did not say "declare 1 monster name" or whatever edit: new card added Reveal 1 monster from your Main Deck to target 1 face-up level 4 or lower monster you control; that target's name becomes that revealed monster's name until the End Phase.
Once per turn: You can choose 1 monster from your Main Deck and banish it; this card's name becomes that banished monster's name until the End Phase. Once per turn: You can choose 1 monster from your Main Deck and send it to the Graveyard; this card's name becomes the sent monster's name until the End Phase.
rulings notes: - Alius Mage only has the name while its on the field, thus you cannot use cards like rise of the snake deity with it, even if it had the correct name when it left the field. - You can however, tribute alius mage for red-eyes darkness dragon if its name is red-eyes black dragon (for example) I'm curious weather there is a good or even game breaking combo with this kind of effect. Lets see what we can come up with.
swag swag swag swag swag s
Send a Dandylion, instant D-Hero Plasma. Terrible design, even Lavalval Chain has terrible design. But this is worse... Also, that's just one of the Combos, I bet there are a lot more combos that are even more broken.

Wow, I did not think of the foolish burial aspect of that effect at all, fixing now
Therrion
A once per turn Foolish Burial which was good enough to be limited. Yeah, no. Me no gusta. If you really want it for the name changing effect, just make it reveal the monster from your Main Deck. That way, it could be used with Dark Magic Attack/Burst Stream of Destruction/etc. without it become wack with other decks that simply use this card for a once per turn limited spell card effect, such as the prior said Dandy/PSZ/Spore/Infernity/Wyvern/etc.

swag swag swag swag swag s
And now we banish Necroface in E-Dragons/Banishing an E-Dragon. Uhm, no.
Therrion
Could work with Coelcanath Decks (or any deck that views the next card worth playing) that use D.D. Reincarnation and Necroface. Banishing would be far better. It leaves room for still comboing with a few cards and fufills its initial purpose. Also, in Dark Magician Decks, if you're pursuing copying his name you can later revive him with Escape From the Dark Dimension, which is handy. Banish > Reveal > Graveyard
I Hate Snatch Steal
I changed it to revealing the monster from your main deck so that it doesn't become the next painful choice if you know what I mean, third time's the charm?
