Thomas★Zero Posted June 28, 2013 Report Share Posted June 28, 2013 Accel Star Wing Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to a Warrior, Dragon or Spellcaster-Type Fusion, Synchro or Xyz monster with an original ATK of 2500 and a original DEF of 2000 or higher. When the equipped monster attacks a monster with ATK higher than the equipped monsters ATK: reduce the ATK of the monster that the equipped monster attacks by half.
