For the first effect, I was trying to mimic the requirements for the toon monster summoning clause found here. Considering how fast the game is these days and how hard it would be to do a 2 tribute tribute summon, I thought this would be ok for this era. Also, it has no inherent protection so it might not last long. Discuss.
