Not bad, but remember there is already Shining Flare Wingman. Maybe you could make it a fusion between Shining Flare Wingman and Captain Gold?

 

Then you could make the effect if skyscraper is on the field he gains 1000?

Second, Shining already uses those materials

Third: His effect is...well, let me dissect it a bit. Firstly, the Light Warrior types you'd probably be using from this won't be very good, and the ones that are would be detrimental to this monster. The second part is pretty strong, though I don't see it going over 4000 too often, and at least it's balanced by the fact that you have to use anotehr Fusion to gain it. At least it's not immune to stuff.
