You can special summon this card (from your hand or graveyard) by banishing 1 "Photon" monster from your hand or field and 1 from your graveyard. Once per turn, you can  target 1 monster on the field that has xyz material or up to 2 "Photon" monsters in your graveyard; detach all xyz materials from that target on the field or banish the targets in the graveyard and if you do any of these, apply 1 of these effects. * This turn, this card gains 400 ATK for each of those detached/banished cards and during each Battle Phase this turn, if your opponent controls a monster after its first attack, this card can attack once again. *Xyz summon 1 appropriate xyz monster (from your extra deck) using those detached/banished monsters as xyz materials.

updated because no opponent is going to be stupid enough to summon xyz monsters when they know that you have this guy ready.

ocg note:

"and if you do any of these" comes from here:

Yes I know, it looks a lot like katio (kite if you watch the dub) but this official card looks a lot like this character too.

If anyone is curious about the first version, its right here:

Yes, and Kaibaman isn't based of anything either. Anyway, I don't really know if I like this design. It's first off a 2800 monster which is quite easy to Summon. In a Photon deck, you probably wouldn't really want to banish all that much, though at the same time, this guy is quite powerful in the first place. The detach also works for your opponent, which is kind of cheap I would say, but at the same time, you are required to have the right monster in your ED for it to work, and for your own monsters it kind of sucks, so unless you don't really need those at this moment, and only really want to go for massive damage, I suppose  that is alright. Though, the second effect is pretty cheap, as it's first off a double attack, but it also gains a lot of ATK for it, plus other monsters are allowed attacks as well, pretty much cleaning the field. It isn't horrible unbalanced, it still requires Photon monsters to be banished, not Galaxy as well, but I still feel like you made it too powerful for a Level 8 in a Photon deck.

OCG fix, move the cursor over the dots to see why it has been changed. Things that have already been mentioned arn't mentioned twice.
