Let me save you from the veteran flamers that so commonly plague this section. First off, let me give you a warning. Posting cards like this, especially in RC(Realistic Cards, i.e. where you are now) will get you flamed, trolled, and generally insulted. Secondly, this card does not belong in this section. It belongs in the Pop Culture section of this forum. That section features cards based off of TV Shows, Video Games, Animes, Mangas, books, etc. Happy, being from an anime, fits under those categories. While Pop Culture is a bit more lenient as to whether cards would be useful/playable/balanced, this card is severely lacking in both playability and overall flavor. When you create a card you want to take into account playability, which is the card's ability to actually be played in the game. Playability often conflicts with balance, which is making the card just right. You don't want to make a card that is overpowered and underpowered, both can be detrimental to your card making status. The last few aspects of a card are OCG, creativity/originality/flavor. OCG or Official Card Grammar, is the use of yu-gi-oh grammatical terms that make your card grammatically correct, as well as making the card's effect more understandable to the viewing public, offering clarification. Creativity and Originality comes into play when making up the effect. No one wants to see a card that practically already exists or is overly bland. Don't confuse clutter for creativity though. Just because a card has a lot of effects, does not mean that it is creative or a good card.Flavor is the last aspect of a card, and plays a large part in Pop Culture cards. You want your card to represent its name, picture, attribute, and type, thus giving it flavor. Because your card is based off of Happy from Fairy Tail, you are going to want an effect that is based off of his history in the show as well as his ability. Your flavor is obvious here, what with Happy's association with Natsu, but there is more you could have done with the effect, which leaves the card lacking in usability, flavor, creativity, and other more important areas. Another problem here, is that we don't know about this Natsu Dragneel card, so we can't say if this card is overpowered or not. That is something you are going to want to keep in mind while card making.
